Mental Health Counseling
As a mental health counselor, I offer professional, evidence-based sessions designed to support individuals in addressing emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Through a safe, confidential environment, mental health counseling offers individuals a space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and past experiences with the guidance of a licensed counselor. The mental health counseling process helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, work through difficult emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies for managing life’s stressors. Whether dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or grief, mental health counseling provides tools and techniques to foster healing, personal growth, and emotional resilience. Tailored to each person’s unique needs, mental health counseling is a collaborative process that empowers individuals to work through their challenges and improve their mental well-being. Mental health sessions are scheduled based on need and therapeutic goals. I normally recommend an intake session with 3 sessions scheduled within 1-2 weeks of each other. Mental health sessions are a per session fee (session fees listed below)
Mental Health Coaching
Mental health coaching is a supportive and empowering practice that focuses on helping individuals navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster emotional well-being. Through personalized coaching sessions, clients are guided in understanding their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a mental health coach, I work to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their goals, increase self-awareness, and create actionable steps toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. With a focus on growth, self-compassion, and practical tools, I aim to help individuals achieve mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall well-being. Whether navigating personal struggles or seeking to enhance emotional strength, mental health coaching empowers individuals to take control of their mental health journey and thrive. Typically, mental health coaching is 6-8 sessions spread out over a 6 months to a year with a set fee (coaching fee listed below).
Mental Health Consulting
As a mental health consultant, I offer a professional perspective to individuals, organizations, and communities on mental health issues, providing expert advice, guidance, and strategies. Unlike mental health counseling or coaching that focuses on providing direct care and treatment, a mental health consultant offers specialized insights to help improve overall mental health practices, policies, and environments. They may work with businesses, schools, healthcare settings, or other institutions to develop mental health programs, improve workplace culture, or train staff in recognizing and supporting mental health concerns. As a mental health consultant, I will assess needs, create action plans, and recommend interventions to support mental well-being and prevent issues like burnout, stress, or mental health crises. I work to help individuals, organizations, and communities build healthier, more supportive environments and empower individuals to better manage their mental health within various settings. I offer a brief complimentary phone consultation to assess the mental health consultation need, offer a consultation structures or tailor a structure for your needs.

Insurance Information
I am an out-of-network provider for insurance. Many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits and will help you cover therapy costs. When using out-of-network benefits, you pay session fees and I provide you with a receipt, known as a superbill, at the end of each month. You then submit this to your insurance company, and they directly reimburse you, often by sending a check.
